The Fronterra Village Metropolitan District No. 2
The Fronterra Village 2 Metropolitan District (the District) is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's boundaries wholly encompass the subdivision (aka Fronterra Village Filing No 3 subdivision and Fronterra Village Multifamily Community Association) and the District's board of directors are elected solely by Colorado registered voters living and/or owning property within these subdivisions. The District collects property taxes to repay the debt that was incurred several years ago to finance the installation of the roads, utility lines and other public infrastructure within the neighborhood.
