STATUS LETTER The District DOES NOT provide status letters to title companies.All status letter requests should be directed to the Fronterra Village Filing No. 3 Homeowners Association, Inc.

Transfer Fee

The District DOES NOT charge a transfer fee on any home sales occurring within the District. However, title companies should check with the Fronterra Village Filing No. 3 Homeowners Association, Inc to see if the HOA charges any transfer fees on home sales.
